    Level up your strength, stamina, and Amapiano movement. This class blends conditioning and dance training to help you feel stronger and more confident in your body. Open to all levels (best for those with some dance or Amapiano foundation).

    This is a special 6 week series geared towards beginner Amapiano dancers. This series is for you if you're interested in building skills around vocabulary, technique and overall feeling more confident and comfortable in the style.
